Contribution task: Caching mechanisms for overall speed and performance

Hello @birm,
I need some clarification as regards the caching mechanisms task,
I have spent some days testing and implementing some servers that are used to improve caching, some in development and production, I was able to test with Apache, Nginx, and Redis.

I have some observations though

1. Recently, more hosting services companies are now including caching in their services
2. The browser APIs too are implementing cache, thanks to the developers working under the hood.
3. Are we looking at caching mechanisms in the frontend and backend component of this app or focused on the backend caching that will overall reflect the total application speed and efficiency?
4. . I made a PR to the Caracal repository as the caching improvement on the index.js file was done.
5. Lastly, I want to propose that in the updated documentation of the project, guidelines should be included on better coding styles and implementation that will help in improved caching.
