If you have lost your keys, then your finality provider is lost and your phase-1 ( Your phase-1 delegators will still be able to on-demand unbond and withdraw. |

If you have lost your keys, then your finality provider is lost and your phase-1 (
bbn-4)stakers can't register their stakes to phase-2(bbn-5). You can create a new finality provider (i.e. with a new EOTS key) though.Your phase-1 delegators will still be able to on-demand unbond and withdraw.
