unable to generate report with allure-pytest and visual studio code

Hello

I use allure with python and i would like to generate report. My ide is visual studio code.
I get an issue with allure generate command.

i have installed allure-pytest with pip.
I have the results (json files) in a direcotry. I got them with the command below :

pytest --alluredir=.allure-results

but when i use the command below i can't get the report.

allure.py generate ".\allure-results"

if i use the contextual menu in vs code, on the allure-results directory ("Allure report : generate report"), i get the message below and there isn't allure-report directory generated :

Allure Report: report hasn't been generated! Check the extension host output for details.

Do you have an idea ? what i have to verify ?

ok i have installed the allure cli (version zip) and now it's work !!!
