we have a very milo related CLI tool we think would make more sense in milo code base, but i'm not sure if everyone would agree with this considering the "deployed" aspect of milo codebase, nor where should i put it if answer to previous question is yes |

What exactly is the tool for? I see fragments // OST // commerce 🤔 You have better context on where it makes sense, to me on the first glance seems within MAS it makes a little more sense. (no PR congestion, easier to review, etc.) |

IMO if it's useful to be in milo core, it should belong in there. If it's closer related to MAS, I'd keep it there.
