web request for localhost

Hi,

I'm currently running a simple proof of concept using Docker, but I'm encountering an issue when trying to make a web request to my custom endpoint at localhost:5000. (running in another console terminal)

Could this be a network blocking problem that needs to be fixed in the docker-compose file or something similar?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
