Currently we've two ways to hide files/folders

1. by appending a dot in front of file/folder name, which hides files/folders for all FMs
2. hide from AMF three dot menu, after picking up your files/folders, which hides files/folders for AFM only*

IMO 2 methods of hiding files/folders is really confusing.
Having a favorites button, and then quickly go to previous favorites file through three dot menu is quite convenient IMO.

Bookmarks - sidebar folders
Quick access - sidebar images/videos etc as a whole
Shortcuts - folders or files to device launcher home screen

Favourites [New*] - just like bookmarks but for files only*, accessible from three dot menu (global)
Pin [New*]- directory specific only, for both files & folders, sort status - manual
