Potential dual functionality for participants

I've identified a unique situation pertaining to the ONEST network, which is not seen in ONDC's context. Here, platforms can operate as both BAP and BPP, catering to the same user base.

For instance, consider an educational institution or an app that imparts training and upskilling to students. The current norm for such institutions or apps would be to integrate search APIs, allowing their students to explore job opportunities in the network. However, they might not be aware of an equally important aspect: implementing on_search APIs. This would enable employers to discover potential hires from their pool of students.

To the best of my understanding, the existing protocol can handle this dual-role scenario without any further enhancements. Yet, I raise this point so that participants can consider this unexplored facet.
