Poll: Best Ideas for Senior Instructor Recruitment

Thank you for the insightful contributions to our discussion on recruiting Senior Instructors for Batch 7. Based on the ideas and suggestions shared, we have shortlisted a few concepts that we believe can have a significant impact.

The current ideas are:

1. Develop Hiring Campaigns through Social Media and Forums.
2. Develop a Reward-Based Recruitment where both instructors and people doing referrals get rewarded.
3. Develop our Community as a way to engage more with our Network (Alumni, Lisbon Data Scientists).
   This could be a possible first step for a Community. Here we focus on working on their incentives such as Skill Development and Networking Opportunities, Webinars, and Mentorship,...
4. Communicate and develop materials to facilitate the sharing of instructor opportunities in the Network
   Could be shared within anyone's network, including companies
5. Develop a more partnership-centred approach to finding Senior Instructors
   Develop incentives, and procedures.
