Feature Request: Ability to design custom game board layouts (hazard sauce placement (including shaping sauce after custom designs), food placement, etc.)

Some time ago in a Snake Pit Live episode, they demoed playing games on custom Battlesnake game boards.
It would be neat for any Battlesnake user to design a game board and play games on that board or another community designed game board.
By designed, a user can specify the hazards, food, board size, and spawn locations for Battlesnakes in advance (hazard health cost can be configured at runtime).

Imagine running a tournament on a board designed after a sponsor's logo. (Or a Custom tournament on a Custom designed game board!)
The board design tool could be made open-source (even community created/maintained). A starting place could be https://github.com/jfgodoy/battlesnake-tester / https://jfgodoy.github.io/battlesnake-tester/.

Other Ideas

• A board can be automatically created directly from a bitmap image (pixel by pixel). A user can upload an image to the tool and the board can automatically replace clear/white areas with hazards and have colored areas as non-hazards (or vice-versa). This can allow easier board creation from icons or existing designs. Also, the items in Minecraft are 16*16 pixels in size and could be directly mapped to a game board in this way. We could create some interesting shaped game boards from this.
• This could create an interesting solo challenge when combined with the constrictor game mode, as it would test a snake's ability to maximize its use of available space when trapped.
• (As has been suggested a couple of times on SPL) It would also be neat to see individual snakes draw a custom shapes on the game board.
