ANXS Revival

The life of these Ansible roles has been on again / off again for some time now. Personally, I have a bit more time to spend on (some of) them. I'm looking to find who else has bandwidth these days and will be updating the team / membership settings accordingly.

The only thing I really ask of folk who are interested in helping maintain this set of roles is to abide by the Code of Conduct.

On that note, I'd like to welcome @MrMegaNova to the @ANXS/postgresql crew (which I'm sure we can all agree needs some love), and I'd like the folks in the @ANXS/maintainers team to chime in with whether or not they are still along for the ride.

I am working with other tools lately, and Ansible isn't looking great for me. In my spare time(when, you know, from my monitor at work I return to the monitor at home 😃) I am playing games or with Go/Javascript(which is almost the same level of hardcore as in games 😄). So, I definitely, couldn't continue to help the Ansible community and support ANXS roles. Feel free to drop me from maintainers if you want.

I do still use ansible for maintaining and configuring servers where needed, though I seldom use full roles any more, asost ofnmy projects these days are serverless, and only require serves for vpns or bastion hosts etc. You can drop me from the maintainers too

I have 3 days in my calendar to work on this over the Christmas break... so hopefully I can sort the backlog, merge some Pull Requests, and get v15 functional.

Starting with triage of current Pull Requests, commenting on code to ensure it's complete and consistent.

I'll try to run through the open issues today/tomorrow.
