Tomcat9 failed to start OpenGrok 1.7.39 in Ubuntu 20

I was trying to install OpenGrok 1.7.39 in my Ubuntu 20 box. I was deployed OpenGrok successfully based on the Wiki page but Tomcat is not starting the web app and reports 404 error. I have pasted details below.

I deployed the app with below command

opengrok-deploy -c /opengrok/etc/configuration.xml     /opengrok/dist/lib/source.war /var/lib/tomcat9/webapps/

Source is extracted by the Tomcat

# ls
ROOT  source  source.war
root@virtualbox:/var/lib/tomcat9/webapps# 

I have tried the same couple of times and not helpfull.

If this is indeed Tomcat 9, you need to update to Tomcat 10 as that is the minimum.

Thanks for the reply. I was tried the same with Tomcat 10.0.27 and it works.
But while looking the code compare option getting below error.
