Following #4315, the "retry all" button is indeed more visible.

However, its current placement makes it somewhat difficult to access in certain workflows. For a smoother user experience, it would be beneficial to have easier access to the "Retry All" function.

Describe the Use Case

Improve workflow efficiency by reducing the number of clicks required to retry changes.

Additional Information

Ideas :

1. Add Retry Option to the Proposed Change Overview:
   Include the "Retry All" button alongside other existing actions like approve/merge/close on the proposed change overview page.

2. Add Retry All to the Proposed Changes List:
   Display the "Retry All" action directly on the proposed changes list, allowing users to retry failed changes without navigating through multiple screens.

These changes would make the retry process easier and reduce friction when managing proposed changes with failed checks.
