Task Description

Since #4404, we are not longer using docker compose in CI for a number of tests (unit, integration ..)
As a results some files in the development folder can be deleted and some functions in the invoke project can be simplified or deleted.

As part of this exercice, we should also consider more profile in docker compose to reduce the overall complexity of our dev and tests environment
