Update the astro adapter to v2 of paraglide js.

  • update to paraglide v2
  • make setLocale work
  • update documentation
  • make counter work
  • evaluate "recipe" instead of adapter

i'm trying to use v2 on astro 5 and when i activate all my translation the app never finish loading, any idea if that linked?
