Applies to Next.js (@inlang/paraglide-next)

Title is self-explanatory, currently the cookie which tracks the users' selected language is set with key NEXT_LOCALE, ideally this can be customized.

Will add an option to adjust the cookie name as part of the #201 release which is targeted for the end of january
