Just installed OPNSense and backup all the config via standar xml file and the import in new installation.

The problem:

Be careful when importing all the config cause "Port forward" will not works, because the "Automatically generated rules" includes the "Default deny / state violation rule" will be enabled by default causing deny all requests.

Need to delete the port forward fules and write again to automatically disable the "Default deny / state violation rule"
