[Role Request] Update xPU BMC FW

Create an ansible role that receives a path to a a local FW file or a url to download it from.
If a URL is given the role should download the file.
The role should update the xPU BMC FW using redfish, wait until the operation is finished, and reboot the BMC to apply the new FW.
At the end of the role, the xPU BMC should be updated to the required version.
