Ability to exclude parts of HTML/CSS/JS, for smaller size

I agree it would be cool.

You can already hide them with a custom CSS.

This cannot easily be automated since every website has its own HTML structure, and it is hence not something which is going to happen in a near future unless we get funding for it.

Can I apply CSS to zim that I already did?

Not in a straightforward manner since all HTML files have to be edited to add the CSS directive.
