Users of Python currently have to rely on the internal help to understand the API; especially for getting a high-level overview, that's often not helpful.

Could we publish auto-generated docs somewhere? (The one pyo3 project I maintain, cbor-diag, is on readthedocs, that was reasonably straightforward to set up, but then again, the Python project is the root project there).
