I am studying the KCl chemotaxis comparison of Sibernetic C. elegans and real C. elegans. In recent weeks I try to built Sibernetic on Windows, And I did it. and now I want to add some particles to sibernetic. But I could not find the flow chart related to Sibernetic's code. so I have 3 questions.

  1. owPhysicsFluidSimulator looks like the particle related code. Can I use this code to create other types of molecules? Or do I have to create another class,

  2. As far as I know, Amphid (exactly ASER) located in the head of C. elegans is associated with the coitalization of KCl. Therefore, I would like to make ASER active when KCl molecule collides with the head of Sibernetic C.elegans. Can Sibernetic detect clash of the presence of specific molecules with a specific region of C. elegans? If so, which code should I fix?

  3. Can I modify only the sibernetic code to activate some neurons?Or should I modify the code in c302?
although you can't answer the question and only provide data on Sibernetic's code structure, I will appreciate it.

Sorry if this article does not apply to this board.
The sentence may be awkward because i'm not good at english.
Thank you :)
