To make graphs portable, it's necessary that entities which have their data stored outside of the graph can be dereferenced through automated means. In general, this can be non-trivial and involve a lot of overhead and perils associated with misnaming files, ensuring access permissions for remote resources allow downloading by intended parties, link rot. owmeta should have tools for managing such external resources.

For a first step should:

• Create tools for uploading to and configuring sharing settings for Google Drive, Github, or Pastebin, retrieving document URIs and returning owmeta objects for those documents.
