Unable to initialize agent “1045-Timeout has occurred”

Description of problem

Hi, I am encountering an issue when the app build on my device. Especially I can install the application, set up a PIN for the wallet, but then the loading screen seems stuck. After some time, I am getting the error message: “There was a problem while initializing agent”, and when I click on “more details”, there is the error code “1045-Timeout has occurred”.

Is there anything I can do to get past this error?
