I was thinking about a "smart match report" to show not only the real efficiency of each player in attack, but also the difference between what he did and what he was expected to do on the base of the different quality and type of chances that he got.
I was also thinking about the same concept in serve/reception. So... If I receive vs a monster player at serve, and my xSO is higher than "expected", I can say that the performance has been good. "Expected" could mean a good mix between what I usually do and what the rest of the players did against that player at serve.
The same for who is serving.
Maybe something about the total amount of blocks for the team.
Everything could be part of a "smart match report" that, in my opinion, would give a more honest picture of the performance ofthe players.
