SIP Clients Not connecting

I am trying to add softphones to connect to ov500 server. I want to test internal calls before i setup sip trunks to pstn.
I cant seem to connect Softphone to the system. I tried extension@server_ip , username@server_ip.

I simple guide to setup a phone call internally would be appreciated`

SIP device 2 sip device calling not there. it is class4 switch so you can make SIP device to PSTN call or DID to SIP device call. Have a nice moment always! Cool, can i have a use case or sort of documentation of scenarios where i can use ov500. I have asterisks based pbx, but it lacks the billing, prepaid top up functions ov500 has. Thus i read that it can function like a pbx and softswitch. I can even pay for a course on how to use it. Can i integrate it with a SkypeforBunise server etc?
