I was able to run jpostal fine. Then I tried rebuilding it again and now I am getting this error. I have below mentioned files in my jniLibs folder
jpostal_parser.dll
jpostal_expander.dll
libjpostal_parser.a
libjpostal_parser.la
libjpostal_expander.a
libjpostal_expander.la
