Provide the neuron functionality via precompiles.

  • Precompile name: subnets
  • Methods:
    • burned_register: Allows to register a neuron by calling do_burned_registration internally with the origin set to ss58 mirror of the H160 address to allow the H160 to further call neuron-related methods and receive emissions.
  • E2E Tests:
    • Neuron is registered
    • ss58 mirror is the neuron owner
    • Mining emissions are paid to the H160 address
