How to add the font what I want to the existing font-family?

I searched on Google, but it was difficult to find the answer I was looking for.
What I want is to use the site's font setting, but add the font I want as the last font-family.

For example, if your site's settings are:

Since there are many sites that use custom fonts, I would like to respect the site's settings and just make the emoji compatible with Noto Color Emoji.
