Can't select a text when cursor goes out from the field of description

Issue Overview

Can't select text when the cursor goes out from the field of description

Expected Behaviour

To select text when the cursor goes out from the field of description

Current Behaviour

When the user hasn't changed description and wants select all text (for removing etc.) and the cursor goes out from the field of description then editing will be closed. I think it can be quite annoying.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to the planner
2. Click on a work item
3. Edit the description
4. Change to the description
5. To select text and move out cursor from the field of description
