Running Openshift lab Scenario issue encountered - outdated environment

In which scenario did this bug occur?

I started Linux Container Internals 2.0 - Lab 2: Container Images > run scenario : https://learn.openshift.com/subsystems/container-internals-lab-2-0-part-2

At what step of the scenario did this happen?
I run OC provided commands for the lab system showed errore for environment
[root@b327b75c4902 ~]# podman history registry.access.redhat.com/ubi7/ubi:latest

I run > yum update conmon> Upgrading:
conmon x86_64 2:2.0.29-1.module+el8.4.0+11822+6cc1e7d7 rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-rpms
