[FEATURE] Display query id on top N and make sure query/group details page has a unique id

1. Currently queries display a - on the table in the id column. Display the query id in this column.
2. When loading the query group details and the query details page, make sure we make a call to the backend to get top queries and provide the query/group id
3. Make sure the query group details and query details page loads properly on refresh
