NMAKE don't know how to make ddebug #99

While build nginx with echo module on windows:

NMAKE : fatal error U1073: don't know how to make '/home/Alex/objs/lib/echo-nginx-module-0.62/src/ddebug.h'
Stop.
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: '"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\VC\BIN\nmake.exe"' : return code '0x2'
Stop.

Where is my mistake?
