Desktop icon for shared folders does't appear at startup

The desktop icon for the shared folder doesn't always appear at startup in VRE 1.1.ova in VirtualBox 7.
But the shared folder is available, via the Files app.
This might be related to the issue of tool icons not appearing at startup.
If this is not solvable, let's at least document the workaround.
There is no reusable way to reproduce this issue, unfortunately.

It seems to sometimes help to check 'auto mount', which is included in the documentation.

This is a linux/GNOME issue not a VM issue. The box isn't distributed with any shared folders as these are installation dependant.
