Audio issue in javascript example of redphone

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install Red5 server 0.9.1
2. install sip r68 from 
http://red5phone.googlecode.com/svn/branches/improvements/sip/
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

when  we make a call via red5phone javascript example, the voice of callee can 
be heard, but we cannot hear voice of the caller. Whereas there no issue in 
flex example. 

I will be glad if you help me to overcome this problem.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?


Please provide any additional information below.

Is there any javascript API documentation on how to use javascript/html for 
red5phone?

I have a Red5 1.0 server with red5phone + Asterisk with a E1 termination to the 
PSTN, both on the same sever and with NO NAT on a public internet IP.

When a execute red5phone version 42, 47 or 53 from my laptop on Chrome, or 
Firefox or explorer from any internet connection (home, office or starbucks) 
the callee can receive the audio from the caller (me on my laptop), but i 
cannot receive the audio from him.

Eventually i receive the audio after 1 minute OR IF A PRESS any key from the 
red5phone dialpad soon as the call is established.

¿Any idea to resolve this bug?

I think it is due, Adobe Flash Player security privacy dialog not showed, in 
this dialog you are allowing access to mic

Why this dialog doesn't appear ?
