Microphone is not released after calling->hangup

1. Standard Install

Microphone released after hangup on call

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Microphone is not released after calling->hangup, so its stuck. My Mic is 
integrated using usb web cam so there is light, its alwasy on after calling and 
hangup.
