Preview of .msg and .eml files (ureadable characters)

Hello,
I am using CE-6.3.9 and unfortunately when uploading email msg the characters turn out to be unreadable, i guess it's something in the text extraction.
I have added the attachments with the email .msg file and screenshot of the extracted data.

Is there any expected timing for this problem to be solved? I need to launch the system in my company and unfortunately this error makes the system totally unusable for our case.

Sorry, but currently, we do not have found free time for it. We have some load and I think in the next 2-3 weeks will be totally impossible we focus on it. I have just tested today in one of our professional edition environment and I suppose there is working well, is this the expected preview?
