Remove autocomplete-light and use select2/django-select2

WIP on select2 branch

Files/pages using autocomplete-light:

  • mimic.js
  • host_list.js
  • user_manager.js
  • dnsrecord_list.js
  • host_address_form.html
  • host_form.html

The host forms may require a different solution to work properly as they are using autocomplete in a different manner.
