Question on the CSV file with bounding boxes info

Hello Thanks for releasing this treasure trove of images.
I am wondering what does the Xmin, Ymin, XMax, YMax represents?

When I use LabelImg to make bounding boxes the Xmin, Ymin, XMax, YMax are all pixels.
Looking at the CSV provided for openimages Xmin, Ymin, XMax, YMax are all decimal number smaller than 1. What do they represents? Thanks
