Introduce scoreboard.

The following should be assured:

  • valid_0_i and xif_req in LSU cannot be asserted in the same cycle (prioritization should not be done in LSU as described in comments in Add XIF memory interface #440 (assertions shall be added for this; requires XIF assumes as well)
  • Review MPU related changes done as part of Add XIF memory interface #440 (maybe the error delay performed for non-XIF transactions should not be part of the MPU)
