And then put it in the GDocs "Templates for All Events" folder.

Also document how to "fork" the spreadsheet/survey, since that's somewhat complicated imho.

Also come up with some language/clear place in the schedule to put it, so most attendees see it and fill it out.

We have a survey, it is in the Templates for All Events folder (see https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1mhUzueUEgmCFgvoT4QD4yYEbvMlofluviqPTOszIKy8/edit).

We have yet to figure out the ideal time to mention the survey/encourage people to fill it out, so I'll leave this open...

I'm leaning more towards the Software Carpentry method of feedback, where they ask people to give feedback on sticky notes...

I think we should link the exit survey in the event-specific curriculum page. That said, I think there is an upper limit on the percentage of people who will actually fill this out. So we should also do the sticky note method.

Exit Surveys are slated to be delivered through BridgeTroll. #112 addresses covering exit survey timing in documentation.
