Figure out when to give the exit survey #3
Comments
And then put it in the GDocs "Templates for All Events" folder. Also document how to "fork" the spreadsheet/survey, since that's somewhat complicated imho. |
Also come up with some language/clear place in the schedule to put it, so most attendees see it and fill it out. |
We have a survey, it is in the Templates for All Events folder (see https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1mhUzueUEgmCFgvoT4QD4yYEbvMlofluviqPTOszIKy8/edit). We have yet to figure out the ideal time to mention the survey/encourage people to fill it out, so I'll leave this open... |
I'm leaning more towards the Software Carpentry method of feedback, where they ask people to give feedback on sticky notes... |
I think we should link the exit survey in the event-specific curriculum page. That said, I think there is an upper limit on the percentage of people who will actually fill this out. So we should also do the sticky note method. |
Exit Surveys are slated to be delivered through BridgeTroll. #112 addresses covering exit survey timing in documentation. |
