Energy socket was online but not reporting the actual power. The app showed 2000W while in openHAB it was still 0.0W. I switched off local API in the app to force a communication error but I cannot get it back anymore. I also rebooted Ubuntu to restart openHAB but no result.
Now I'm stuck with two Energy plugs that are not working anymore.

I have the same problem, at the moment the EnergySocket is switched on, it becomes unknown, and no data is transferred. If you switch the socket off manually, it is back online.
There are already 3 posts on this issue and it has not been picked up. The add-on seems quite old and not being maintained anymore. My you should post at OpenHAB forum
I found in the openHAB log that the Homewizard add-on tries to write the variable "active_power_w" into an Int. That will work with the P1-meter where an int is output but not with the Energy socket. The active power is output with three decimals
