I'm having a hard time auditing what space is used in my quota and which projects and files I need to look at to resolve my quota issues.

I have resized the images on my local machine that are causing most of the space usage:
However when I try to sync them I get this:
I tried also to delete the image files on the server first, but I can only delete previous version of each, not the current one:
So now I am wondering what is the best practice to liberate space (short of deleting the whole project)?
