after the last update, (2.6.1) on android 12, i can't connect my bluetoot gnss, i try and i get the message "location service tourned off"

@goviforestale , I can replicate the scan error when I turn of location services in my Android settings. This leads me to think your phone has location services turned off too, which triggers the message you are reporting above in Qt. This behavior by the Qt library insures that your intent to turn off location discovery on your phone is respected.

Solution: please open your Android settings and search for the keyword 'location' and select 'Location services'. In there, you'll likely see a toggle that's switched off. Turn it on, et voila.

I'm sorry, but I'm still having problems
I have two bluetooth receivers:
GNS3000 and Navilock BT-821G

with navilook I connect it with the android positioning on, then I can turn it off and qfiel keeps giving me the position.
if i do the same with gns3000, when i turn off the android positioning qfiel loses the position (blue dot), so I also have the doubt that in this case qfiel reads the position from the internal device and not from the external receiver.
before the update of qfied even with gns3000 I had turned off the "positioning of androd"
now qfiel 2.6.3

I removed version 2.6.3 and installed the old version 2.6.0.
With 2.6.0 I can also connect with gns3000 and it works fine.

ok, i did a lot of tests, from version 2.6 and later my receiver (gns3000) only connects the first time and then it is not possible to reconnect it.
I also tested with a different smartphone (also with another receiver, always of the same model).
Now i'm using 2.5.7 version and i can disconnect and reconnect it without problems.
Could it be because the pairing code is generated each time and is not the same as for other bluetooth devices?

then with version 2.5.7 the connection takes place even with the android location service off, and it is a great advantage to save battery of the android device

No PIN is used for pairing(SSP).
GPS:GG-1LT
phone:aquos sense7 (android 13)
Qfield:2.7.2
