The sparse dimensions subset slice permission (agreed to in #105) is not currently being included in the standard.
That permission currently sits in:

standard/recommendations/coverage-subset/PER_subset-slice-sparse-dimensions.adoc

and

api_modules/subset/recommendations/PER_subset-slice-sparse-dimensions.adoc
