Geopose with no orientation

There is a potential use case to take data from publicly available databases with geopositional data but no orientation and create GeoPoses from them. This could be accomplished using some of the more advanced SDUs with a custom frame specification but it may be worth discussing if null should be a valid value for the basic targets orientation values.
