How possible would be to make an extension of GeoPose so that each reference frame, inner or outer, had its own clock/time coordinate?

I am assuming it could be straightforward, as the current assumption of a single time is Newtonian, and surely NASA went beyond that? I.e. each GeoPose frame becomes an inertial reference frame to use the terminology of special relativity.

I ask, because the issue of relativity and Lorentz transformations has popped into existence in the Temporal Domain WG.
