Cannot mamba Install, conda broken environment and timeout?

Hi!

I'm getting an issue when trying to run
"mamba install arcpy deep-learning-essentials leafmap localtileserver segment-geospatial -c esri -c conda-forge"
I've been getting a "conda download error (28) timeout was reached" so I've set the timeout to go from 60 to 600 seconds since maybe the package is too large?

But my main concern is after i install the samgeo environment if i check in ArcGIS pro package manager interface it shows it as being a "broken environment" I was wondering if this is expected or something as gone wrong in the conda env creation

I was able to clone the ArcGIS pro default env and within the clode i just did conda install of all the necessary packages! Incase anyone had a similar issue
