Describe the bug
If the data from table 5a or 5b is greater than 10,000 (shown as 10,000.00 in the report), the number will overlap with the cell, making it very hard to read.
To Reproduce
Example:
PDF - Canada 5a,5b; Zambia 5b
Expected behavior
Filter all the countries where any of their national data from table 5a or 5b is greater than 10,000. Round all numbers greater than 10,000 to keep only the digits before the decimal point. For example, 100,000.01 would become 100,000 in this case in the PDF. The change is not signifcant for the number and this should solve the issue.
