Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Would be good to add an automatic cover and background to the FRA2025 reports. Plz wait for further instructions, as Anssi mentioned there is a script for adding them.

@pengchenglai speaking with Anssi, we thought it might be more flexible if the cover will be generated by the fra team . Can you please double check of it's still the case?
