Resize (very) large images when sending them to Google Cloud Vision #10764

Google Cloud Vision accepts images up to 75 million px. When images are larger, an error response is returned by Google:

{"code": 3, "message": "Image too large. Please limit to 75 megapixels."}

We should resize large images before sending them to Google Cloud Vision.
