This automates screenshot generation, using the work made by @aubincleme

  1. It generates the screenshots
  2. It then uploads the screenshots + an html index as an artifact

Outstanding issues:

  • do we need to disable travis (this PR removes travis.yml + a mention in project.yml
  • why are the network queries failing ?
